Hello, I am Nathan Derrick, the chef here at Cibo Fusion. I have been cooking professionally for nearly twenty years in various locations. I attended The Scottsdale Culinary Institute where I received my degree in culinary arts as well as certifications in the areas of nutrition, restaurant management and food safety. At the Culinary Institute I studied classic French cuisine, baking, as well as a variety of international techniques.

I learned more progressive types of cuisine while working at a luxury resort under one of the nation's leading chefs. I have had recipes featured in national as well as local food publications.
